Kathy offers a user friendly yoga class mostly for men who think they can't do yoga every Tuesday.
Kaiut Yoga was developed to work through pain, injury, general aches and stiffness, is especially good for inflexibility, stiffness, aging and chronic conditions.

Here's a picture of my 88 year old dad doing Kaiut Yoga in hospital 3 days after his triple A surgery in January 2019. If he can do it at that time of his life, and in those conditions - then anyone can! And he's doing really well, very mobile and healthy 9 months later!

Francisco Kaiut shared a story about a 67 year old man who came to see him for relief from pain in his hip. He was scheduled for a hip surgery in a few months. This man loved to play soccer (like many Brazilian men) and was sad that he could not play any more. He did not think he would be able to play much after the surgery either.
He started attending Kaiut Yoga classes regularly. The results were fast and dramatic. After a few months, when his surgery came up he postponed it. Eventually cancelling it. He started playing soccer again.
This man is in his 80's now. He still plays soccer once a week. He never had a hip replacement.
