Kaiut Yoga was developed to work through pain, injury, general aches and stiffness, is especially good for inflexibility, stiffness, aging and chronic conditions.

Please note this class is called "Mostly Men" but will be taught by a woman - Kathy White - and there maybe other women in the class.
Here's a picture of my 88 year old dad doing Kaiut Yoga in hospital 3 days after his triple A surgery in January 2019. If he can do it at that time of his life, and in those conditions - then anyone can! And he's doing really well, very mobile and healthy 9 months later!
