I'm Kathy White and I'm passionate about having a healthy aging population.  On the call we will discuss movement, alignment, any restrictions and injuries and how this system can help. 


I see far too often people accepting or assuming that if there is injury, restriction or a lack of mobility in their joints and that it's stuck like that forever because they are getting older and it will get worse. 


I almost did that myself, when I turned 50,  even though I'd been teaching yoga for nearly two decades,  I almost gave up.  Everything was sore, I was stiff,  it was painful and difficult to continue...


But then I shifted, I found a different way, I researched, retrained and focused on the areas of my body where I felt most restrictions. And approached my body from a holistic viewpoint.  And that made all the difference. 


I started shifting my teaching to this new way of working and began to see radical shifts in my students too.  


The Joint Renewal System(TM) is not some random You Tube yoga where you can easily injure yourself because there is no one there to guide you.
