9:30 am -12:00 noon Pacific Time
Hybrid: online and in-person
Your feet shape how you balance, walk, and move through your life. When they become rigid, there is strain on the knees, hips, and back. With more mobile and responsive feet, your balance, mobility and function in all areas of your life get easier.
Are your feet supporting the life you want to live now and in the future?

Balance Your feet are your primary balance system. When toes and ankles move and sense the ground clearly, the nervous system responds quickly. Improving foot mobility builds stability, reduces falls, and restores steady confidence.

Mobility
Stiff feet create compensation through the body. When toes spread and ankles regain movement, force travels efficiently upward. Restoring foot mobility often reduces strain in knees, hips, and lower back.

Function
Feet are designed to adapt, soften, grip, and propel. Reawakened feet make walking, standing, and climbing easier. Strong, responsive feet ensure you move with greater ease and resilience.
