Welcome to "Love Your Body," a transformative workshop designed to help you cultivate a deep sense of self-love and appreciation for your body.


In today's fast-paced world, we often neglect our physical and emotional well-being, caught up in the constant rush of daily life.


This workshop offers a compassionate space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your body's innate wisdom.


Through powerful and transformative yoga practices, mindful meditation, and empowering self-care techniques, you'll learn to cherish your body as the incredible vessel it is.


Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery, embracing our unique bodies with kindness and gratitude.


Together, we'll explore how loving your body can be the foundation for a more joyful, balanced, and fulfilling life

This is a hybrid event.

Join in the studio (Crofton), or on zoom from the comfort of your own home.


You will need a yoga mat and a warm space to practice.

Bring a pen and paper too.

Schedule:

LOVE YOUR BODY (hybrid - available on zoom and in-person)


8:30am - 10:00am

90 minutes of jointful yoga, using the Kaiut method to cultivate loving kindness, a time to slow down, breath and relax.


10:00am - 10:30am

Self-Compassion Meditation- open the heart to your body whatever aches, pains, wrinkles, stiffness, illness, injury or accidents your body is carrying. It's time to make friends and love it all.


10:30am - 11:30am
