An Invitation to you...
We live in a world that is always moving, always busy, always demanding.
Yet, we know real healing and lasting strength arise when we pause.
In this 3-hour yoga experience you will
Release – let go of tension, stress, and worry
Restore – rebuild balance, calm, and inner harmony

In kaiut yoga we are not interested in achieving the perfect pose or pushing your body to the limit.
This is about discovering the strength and inner balance that comes from stillness, and the vitality that returns when you restore balance and permit yourself to slow down.
What You Will Experience
Move through Kaiut Yoga sequences designed to release tension and restore joint mobility
Practice meditation and breathwork to restore calm and clarity
Explore restorative postures that renew energy and support long-term strength
Pause in stillness to reconnect with your body and mind
By the end you will feel lighter, more grounded, and more present in your own body.

About Your Teacher
Hi, I’m Kathy White.
With a dash of humour, a few grey hairs of experience, and a whole lot of love, I’m on a mission to help people like you move with ease and discover the joy of healthy joints.
I have been a yoga teacher for 25 years and am also a therapist. Yoga has been one of my pillars of health and transformation for decades, and I have maintained a formal meditation practice for many years.
My approach blends the wisdom of stillness with the intelligence of the body, showing that yoga is not just movement—it is moving meditation. My classes are infused with stillness, freedom, and beauty, offering gentle, intelligent movement that restores both body and mind.
I also had the privilege of living at the Findhorn Foundation, an experience that deepened my understanding of mindful presence and the subtle intelligence of life.
I am passionate about guiding people to reconnect with their natural body intelligence, restore mobility, and find the quiet strength that comes from blending movement with meditation.
