About Your Teacher
Hi, I’m Kathy White.
With a dash of humour, a few grey hairs of experience, and a whole lot of love, I'm on a mission to bring better joint health to folks over 50.
I've been a yoga instructor for 25 years, I'm also a psychotherapist. Yoga has been my one of my pillars of health and transformation for decades.
I am trained in Kaiut Yoga, influenced by Vanda Scaravelli, and have a classical Hatha Yoga foundation. I add generous helpings of beauty, stillness, freedom to my classes.
I am passionate to educate and show how working with the natural intelligence of the body can bring healing and restore movement to folks in their later years.
