Spring Into Action

How do we rejuvenate, feel the energy of spring, so we can water our healing and blossom in our health?

Harnessing the energy of Spring we shall be exploring movement, meditation and breathwork with the themes of Body/Spirit, Plant Allies and Water.

There will be a short educational piece on how to use plant medicines to enhance and shift your yoga practice and healing to the next level.

Friday 12th June 9:30am - 12 noon(with recording available)

Spring Into Action 2026

  • CONNECT AS SPIRIT BODY

  • joints, nervous system, breath: yoga gives your body a holistic approach to wellness

  • BLOOM AS NATURE

  • finding yourself as nature, discovering plant allies and support from herbs.

  • FLOW AS WATER

  • Allow your fluidity, unblock your stiffness, relax and soothe your nervous system

As we move towards summer, we feel a natural urge to Spring Into Action! However, this can sometimes mean getting busy and over-active in a way that does not allow us to rest and enjoy the season.

When we create the right conditions for growth and health, it happens naturally, with pauses, rest periods and awareness. Spring does not force flowers to bloom.

Yoga brings us to a knowing that we are nature. Nature is not something we enjoy, visit or connect with. We are nature and can enhance our health with natural cycles, timing, nourishment, and space.

Join me for a morning of Spring Into Action where we shall:

  • Bloom as nature- learn about ourselves as nature. Be introduced to different plants that can support you and you can align with for an enhanced yoga practice.

  • Flow as water, notice the essential fluid nature of your emotions, your body and your movement. Feel how the element of water can carry your love and truth.

  • Connect as spirit body, made of earth and stardust, enjoy the wisdom of your physical self, your cells, and feel the evolution of your spirit. No matter how your body feels, your spirit can always soar.

Let your body grow, let your spirit be nourished, join us for a morning of being supported, and connected in body, mind and spirit.

About Your Teacher

Hi, I’m Kathy White.

I’m a lifelong student of the strange, beautiful and ever-evolving intersections of health, psychology, spirituality and wellness.

A bit of a health nut, a bit of a maverick, and always curious, I see life as a journey of joy, healing and discovery.

I'm passionate about learning.

Whether I’m exploring plant medicines, new developments in the therapy world, Jungian depth psychology, behavioural hypnosis, breathwork, meditation, astrology, ancient traditions, or the simple magic of gathering in ceremony with friends, I’m endlessly fascinated by what helps human beings heal, awaken and come alive.

With a dash of humour, a few grey hairs of experience, and a whole lot of love, I’m on a mission to help people (especially folks over 50 like me) find better mobility through joint health, freedom of movement, and trust in their bodies again.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 25 years and working as a psychotherapist alongside that path. Yoga and therapy are the central pillars of my own healing and transformation.

My yoga teaching is rooted in Kaiut Yoga, influenced by the wisdom of Vanda Scaravelli, and grounded in a classical yoga training.

My values are beauty, stillness, freedom, and deep listening. This provides a profound nervous system regulation into every class.

I’m passionate about showing people how working with the natural intelligence of the body can restore movement, reduce pain, and create profound healing in later years.

I believe ageing does not have to mean shrinking into limitation.

Some people might call me a renaissance healer. I’m simply someone who loves learning, loves people, and loves helping others reconnect with vitality, meaning, and the wisdom already living inside them.

Join me for this yoga workshop and begin your own journey to Spring Into Action.
