A Cacao Ceremony with Singing Bowls

Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bowl Healing hosted by Reiki Master Trainer JP Walsh and yoga teacher Kathy White

This event is usually held on a monthly basis

Venue: Kathy White Yoga studio in Crofton

Date: Monthly on a Thursday*

Time: start at 7:15 - 8:30pm (approx).

Using the sacred sounds with the heart-activating action of cacao to create a space for healing, listening and connecting.

Ceremonial cacao (the unprocessed raw ingredient of what we find in chocolate) is a way to connect with this beautiful plant. Cacao is known by indigenous peoples around the globe for its heart opening qualities.

You are invited to set an intention, drink the cacao (mixed with cinnamon, oat milk and maple syrup) served by Kathy White, and then rest and bathe in the beauty and harmony of the tibetan bowls, crystal chakra bowls, rattles and rainsticks, played by reiki master trainer Jean Patrick Walsh, accompanied by Kathy White.

What to Bring:

You are invited to lie down, you may wish to bring your own blanket and pillow. Mats, bolsters and blankets are available. If you prefer a chair to sit on please let us know.

A journal and pen are useful to have if you wish to record any intentions or insights gained.
