Join us to offer healing sounds to the chakra system of the body and nourishment to the heart with a drink of cacao.


A cacao ceremony with singing bowls led by Reiki Master Trainer Jean Patrick Walsh and Yoga Instructor Kathy White

Come join a simple ceremony led by Kathy White, drink the cacao and rest and bathe in the beauty and harmony of the bowls played by reiki master Jean Patrick Walsh.


Venue: Kathy White Yoga Studio Crofton. 7999 Glenhurst Drive, Crofton V0R 1R0.


Please enter the studio from the rear of the house - come down the garden path on the left hand side of the house.

What to Bring:

You are invited to lie down, or sit on the floor. Some pillows, cushions and blankets are provided (and you are welcome to bring your own). And if you need a chair to sit on there will be a few available.

7:15 Introduction to Ceremony setting Intentions

7:30pm Blessing / Drinking of the Cacao

7:40 pm Bowls

8:15 Silence followed by optional sharing

8:30pm Close
