Join us for this Special Solstice Event: Cacao Ceremony with Tibetan Singing Bowls Meditation with bowls played by Reiki Master Teacher Jean Patrick Walsh, and ceremony led by Yoga Instructor Kathy White.
The invitation to have a small cup of cacao (the raw organic, unprocessed ingredient of chocolate) and then listen to the singing bowls. Caco is a bitter-tasting, heart-chakra-opening ceremonial drink used by indigenous peoples for millennia. It has many therapeutic properties, most notably known for its effect of opening the heart, and providing a sense of well-being and love. Some people cry, and have some emotional releasing, as cacao can also offer purification, to help you let go of what blocks you or is protecting you from being able to feel love. People can experience deep physical, emotional, or spiritual transformations when they drink it. Please note, that you do not have to drink the cacao if you do not wish to.
The cacao can have the effect of making the sound healing experience more profound. Sound and vibration has been used for thousands of years by many cultures around the globe. The vibrations of the bowls may help calm the nervous system, soothe joint pain, aid recovery from surgery, injury or chronic health issues.
Come join the simple ceremony led by Kathy White, drink the cacao and rest and bathe in the beauty and harmony of the bowls played by reiki master Jean Patrick Walsh.
